March 7th Duathlon = Huge Success
Those that braved the questionable conditions were rewarded with a great event. We were fortunate to squeeze our duathlon into a window between heavy rains. But the roads were dry and the sun even peaked out a little bit during the race. It stayed dry long enough for both the adult and kids duathlons and even the great BBQ delivered by our Tri Club BBQ masters that weren’t scared off by a forecast of rain.
We had 32 adults and 4 kids out that were supported by Tri Club Board Members and the following 5 super volunteers: Robert Baker, Bonnie Parrish-Kell, Miranda McGeahey, Logan McGeahey and Greg Choltko. Thank you volunteers!
